During a post-tsunami project Mission Titicaco worked in close cooperation with the Thailand Islands Foundation, the local habitants, local authorities and other organizations connected to Phi Phi Island in Thailand. We did micro credit interviews, delivered micro credits to hundreds of people. We set up the first internet resource center when there was still no internet access on Phi Phi Island, we coordinated the supply of medical equipment to the health center during the first two months. In the second round we set up an Titicaco internet school and an activity center for children in the Nong Kok Camp outside Krabi, where almost 300 adults and 50 children live.

Most active in the project from the other organizations where: Carl Steiner, Jan Yimyam, Malin Speace, Cecilia Peyron, Alexandra Karlsdotter, Andreas Buöen, Johan and Jessica Staël von Holstein and Ivan Daza.

Below you can follow some of the actions that took place.
